Sweet dogs: a movie dog visits a terminal ill kid! This is an amazing act of kindness!
Sweet dogs and their stories; this is how a good act granted the realization of one of the last wish of a terminal ill girl.
The girl, Brooke Mulford (12 years old) got her wish granted of seeing the movie “A Dog’s Purpose” and eventually also to know the dog main character of the movie.
Sweet dogs: the story of the wish
The girl is battling with cancer since 2009, when the mother noticed that the girl was limping. The mom asked Brooke why she was limping and the girl answered that the family dog, Bailey, jumped and hurt the girl’s knee, and it all made sense appereantly.
Unfortunately, that was not the reason; after 3 hours the girl could barely walk and was rushed into an hospital, where the doctors diagnosed the worst scenario possible: 4th degree neuroblastoma.
Again, the cancer spread into all Brooke’s body, and for the girl there is no hope anymore. One of the last wishes that she asked for was to see the movie “A Dog’s Purpose“, a movie about a dog that finds his purpose being reincarnated.
The wish came true in its full and complete aspects; not only the girl and her mom could watch the movie and received personalized copies of the novel and of a t-shirt, but also they received a massive surprise.
The wish was completed by the star of the movie, the golden retriever Trip, that showed up in the hospital and met the girl to make sure she could spend some hours happy, that is actually the only thing that keeps her still alive.
