- Dog (voiced by Tom Kenny) is the naive and fun-loving one. He is a quite gullible dog with a very short attention span. This is why Cat easily convinces him of doing what he wants.

- The Greaser Dogs. Clifford Maurice “Cliff” Feltbottom (voiced by Tom Kenny), Shriek DuBois (voiced by Maria Bamford), and Ignatius “Lube” Catfield-McDog (voiced by Carlos Alazraqui), are three tough street dogs and secondary antagonists along with Rancid Rabbit.
- Rancid Rabbit (voiced by Billy West) is the third antagonist of the protagonists and represents the stereotypical authority figure.
