Have fun with these awesome Cat Games
Well no, we are not talking about a cat game on your cell phone. We are talking about games you can play with your cat at home. All felines need our attention and require at least 20 to 30 minutes of play time every day. What a better way to exercise your cat and strengthen the bond between you and your pet! Opposed to popular belief, cats can show affection and can be great companions. The following is a list of some of the most popular cat games.
Cat game: Ping pong balls
Ping pong balls are great for several cat games. Remove the soap and shampoo from your tub and make sure it is dry. Drop a ping pong ball in it and watch your cat try to catch it. He will be delighted as he sees the ball get past him. If you add more than one ball, your cat will have a great exercise trying to reach one ball while the other swooshes past him.
Tag
For this cat game, you will be doing some serious exercise. Have your cat chase you. You will love it when he tags you and runs away to avoid being tagged by you. This one might require some patience for the cat to understand the rules of the game.
Crumpled paper
Crumple a piece of paper and roll it on the floor close to your cat. You will see how his round eyes go on alert mode. This will prompt them to go after the paper and play with it. A yarn is a nice alternative to this one, your cat will love it.
Paper bags
Place an empty paper bag on the floor and just wait. Cats find them so cozy that some of them sleep inside. Once the cat has entered, gently tap on the bag and watch your cat trying to tap back.
Bubbles
You can get cat bubbles for this cat game. Catnip-scented bubbles, available at pet stores, will make this your cat´s favorite game.
